I've dissolved harmalas in vodka before. It requires a little bit more time to the water information to evap but it does operate a great deal a lot better than IPA.I'd think about either, but dried would soak up the liquid, Therefore possessing the alkaloids permeate the herbs, as well as I'd personally imagine it might evap more rapidly if dried.B
